Subscription, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Updated 30 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-23-v1

1. Plans and charges

consistency. is operated by Leonard Chee Hao Jie, trading as CONSISTENCYAU.COM, ABN 75 267 956 505, in Victoria, Australia. The operator is not GST-registered. There is a free plan and one paid monthly subscription (Premium), bought on our website. The current price is on our Pricing page. There is no free trial.

Stripe processes payments and sells the subscription on our behalf, and collects and pays any GST, VAT or sales tax that applies. Checkout shows the seller, the final amount and any applicable tax before payment, and Stripe sends the receipt. A free access grant, where offered, has no fee to refund and does not convert to a paid subscription.

2. Renewal and cancellation

A web subscription renews every month unless cancelled. You can manage it through Billing in the app, which opens Stripe’s customer portal, or contact support@consistencyau.com. Cancellation stops future renewal; Billing shows the applicable paid-access end date. Deleting your account is a separate action.

3. Refunds and errors

Australian Consumer Law may entitle you to a remedy, including a refund, if consumer guarantees are not met. Nothing in this policy removes those rights. Contact support@consistencyau.com about duplicate or mistaken charges, service failures or a refund request. Please do not email card numbers.

4. Failed payments and Apple

A failed payment may change an existing subscriber’s Premium access after any applicable grace period; regular Free features remain available. We will communicate material price changes where required. Subscriptions are not sold inside the iPhone app; Premium is bought on the website. Any future Apple purchase and refund process would be separate. Mandatory rights in other places still apply where relevant.
