2. Requests and security

For product issues, include your account email, device or browser, approximate time and a description. For billing, use Billing or email us. For access, correction, export or deletion, use the subject “Privacy request”. For security concerns, use “Security report”; do not access another person’s account. Never send passwords, verification codes, API keys or card numbers by email.

3. Response times

We aim to respond as capacity allows and within applicable legal requirements. We have not established a guaranteed response time. If an invitation is lost, we may need to verify ownership before helping. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights. See the Terms of Service.
